It has been a heck of a long time since we last played Fresno. I apologize to all you lovely Fresno faces who have had to wait on us. We had some false starts there, so we ended up needing to reschedule. All is well now though, and we’ll see you tomorrow night. Be sure to bring your dancing shoes and singing throats.
On September 10th we are playing the first Annual Bottlerockit Festival, hosted by Live 105 @ Wente Vineyards in Livermore. There are tons of other local bands playing too, and it’s shaping up to be a killer time. I’m very curious to see how it goes, too. This will also be the last little gig on our small stretch of time out on the road before summer ends. Couldn’t think of a better way to end it! We play at 3pm at the indoor Homegrown stage, so be sure to come check out our set. See you there!

Zen, from Please Do Not Fight, and our very own Ryan Blair are helping put this event together, along with a little help from myself. Not only is this going to be a fun event, it’s really great to see people coming together in San Jose and building a community, and not just a bunch of lone wolf bands.
Something I’ve recently come to strongly believe is that a music scene, and more importantly bands, can only thrive with the help and support of each other. I hope that the Rock Hop can live up to it’s goal of being there to support local groups with integrity and great music!
